As a rough guide: a 10 × 12 holds a one-bedroom apartment, an 8 × 20 container holds a one to two bedroom home, a 12 × 22 takes a car with room around it, a 12 × 30 fits a boat on its trailer or a three bedroom home, and the 14 × 30 with its 11 × 14 door takes a motorhome. Watch the door as closely as the floor. A tall camper needs the 12 ft or 14 ft opening, and no amount of floor space makes up for a 10 ft one. Yes, and it’s a big part of what we do. It all goes fully enclosed, out of the snow and out of the summer sun. A boat on its trailer usually fits the 12 × 30. Taller rigs want the 12 × 32 or the 12 × 36, both with 12 ft doors. Motorhomes go in the 14 × 30, whose door is 11 ft wide by 14 ft tall. These are the first units to fill up every fall, so call early.

No. We don’t have temperature controlled units of any kind. What our units are is dry, weather-tight and out of the wind, which covers furniture, equipment, vehicles, tools and most household goods. Something truly temperature sensitive, like certain electronics, instruments or old photographs, is better off somewhere else, and we’d sooner tell you that now than after a winter.

No fuel, propane, fireworks, ammunition, chemicals, or anything else flammable or explosive. No perishable food, no living things, and nothing illegal. If you’re unsure about a particular item, ask.

We’re in Paris, Idaho, in the middle of Bear Lake Valley, just off the highway. That puts us roughly ten minutes from Montpelier, five from Bloomington, and about twenty from Garden City, Utah.
