Bear Lake Valley is small enough that word gets around about how you treat people, which is a fair amount of pressure to do it right.
For a long time, storage around here meant one of three things: drive to Montpelier and wait for something to open, pay resort rates on the Utah side, or stack it in the barn and hope for the best.
So we put a yard in Paris, in the middle of the valley, and filled it with the sort of space people kept asking us about. Steel containers that stay dry. Units sized for a car, or for a boat sitting on its trailer. A bay with a fourteen-foot door, because somebody always has a motorhome.

It isn’t a prop, and it isn’t going anywhere. If you’ve driven Highway 89 through Paris you’ve already passed it, which is how half the valley gives directions to this place: turn where the old Chevy is parked.
