Every rate we charge, written down. Storage pricing in this valley is usually a phone call and a guess, and there is no good reason for that.

Move-in
What you pay on the day you move in
Two months, not one. The first month covers the month ahead; the second is your last month’s rent, held as a deposit until you move out. Nobody likes finding that out on moving day, so it sits here with the rates instead of in the paperwork.

So the $65 unit is $130 to move into, and the $175 RV unit is $350. There is no third payment: the last month’s rent is the deposit, not an extra on top of it.
Damage is on the renter
You sign a short lease when you rent, and it says plainly that damage to the unit — the door, the walls, the floor, the container, the yard surface around it — is your responsibility while it’s rented to you. That is the ordinary deal everywhere; we’d just rather you read it here than find it in the paperwork.
- Move out with the unit the way you found it and the last month’s rent you paid up front covers your final month — there is nothing else to settle
- If there is damage, that money goes to repairing it instead, and it is not refunded
- If the repair costs more than the deposit covers, the balance is billed to you
- Ordinary wear and tear is not damage — a swept-out unit with a few scuffs on it is a unit returned in good order
What every rental includes
- Month-to-month rental, with no long-term contract
- Drive-up access to every unit
- Access any time of the day or night
- Your own lock and your own key
- A dry, weather-tight unit or container
What it doesn’t include
- Climate control. None of our units are heated or temperature controlled
- A gate, a keypad or cameras. This is an open yard

Questions about billing
How much do storage units cost in Bear Lake Valley?
Ours run from $65 a month for a 10 × 12 up to $175 for the 14 × 30 RV unit, with every size listed on our pricing page. Storing on the Idaho side of the valley is generally less expensive than storing near the lake in Garden City, which is why we take a lot of Utah-side customers.
What do I have to pay when I move in?
Two months up front: the first month’s rent and the last month’s rent. The last month’s rent is held as your deposit until you move out, so a $65 unit is $130 to move into and the $175 RV unit is $350. Do you take a deposit, and do I get it back?
Yes. The last month’s rent you pay at move-in is the deposit. If you move out and the unit is in the condition you got it in, that money covers your final month and there is nothing left to settle. If the unit is damaged, it goes toward the repair instead and is not refunded, and if the repair costs more than that, we bill you the difference. Ordinary wear and tear is not damage.
How do I pay my rent?
Rent is due monthly, and we keep it simple. Call us and we’ll set up whatever works for you.
